Regular-Priced Items: We accept returns for regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, please contact us for further instructions. Customer will pay for the return shipping fee along with a fixed restocking fee of $12.

Sale or Discounted Items: All sales on discounted or promotional items are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for these orders.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
